Tixio user guide

This guide helps you get useful work into Tixio quickly, then gives you a shared reference you can send to teammates.

Tixio is a workspace for product and engineering teams to capture work, plan sprints, coordinate across projects, and keep enough context in one place that status meetings can stay short. You will use it to create issues, organize them into projects, plan cycles, track larger initiatives, and keep notifications and search working for you.

If you are new to Tixio, follow these pages in order:

  1. What is Tixio? - learn the mental model: workspaces, projects, issues, cycles, epics, milestones, views, and dashboards.
  2. Set up your workspace - sign in, create or choose a workspace, and create your first project.
  3. Invite your team - bring teammates in with the right workspace and project access.
  4. Take a five-minute tour - learn the sidebar, top bar, project navigation, search, notifications, theme control, keyboard shortcuts, and AI assistant.

By the end of that path, you should have a workspace, at least one project, a few teammates, and enough orientation to create and triage your first issue.
